Move my logo to far left and header icons to right spotlight theme

I want my header logo and icons to look like this below.

 

currently it look like this.

 

I have tried a few different solutions and couldn’t get the end result.

could someone please have a look and suggest what I should do based on the web script.

1/ Shopify admin > Online store > Edit code: https://prnt.sc/M4p-gua99Uf4
2/ Search for "theme.liquid" file: https://prnt.sc/b6xveIKe-Rh2
3/ Open the file and search for </head> tag and add the following code above </head> tag: https://prnt.sc/KWtKYyZkDtYJ

Here is the code for Step 3:

my follow up question is how do I have the menu button be the furthest on the right.

also how do move the logo even more left or remove the padding on left of the logo
