Move Quantity Selector next to Add to Cart Button on Prestige Template

This is a little more nuanced than you may think. As Prestige is a paid theme i'm unable to see the code, but at it's simplest most default themes use the {% render 'buy-buttons' %} to display them. Normally this is inside main-product.liquid and it can be moved inside {% when 'quantity_selector' %}. 

Depending how Prestige is coded this may cause some issues with the dynamic payment buttons being displayed, and may require additional coding to achieve the desired result.
