Move "Checkout As Guest" to top or above Pay Now

I'm on the Shopify basic plan but I'm just wondering if there's any way possible to bring the "check out as guest" string of code and anchor up above the Pay Now button or even to the top...

You should always send your store url in any of the query. Please do send to check and do you want it on mobile version?
