Move submedia gallery from bottom of product page in Narrative theme

I'm looking for some help in moving the submedia gallery from the bottom of the product page (Narrative theme) to above the Add to Cart buttons and make it sticky or fixed.

I did a mock up of what it looks like using the Chrome inspector. It looks like moving the div class="product_submedia-list product_submedia-list" under the div class="product_form-wrapper" achieves the results I want. However, I'm not familiar with how to move elements in scss.

I'd appreciate any guidance in the right direction.
