Move the Newsletter Sign-up (Refresh Theme)

Hello,

I would like to move the newsletter sign-up form and social media icons to the footer menu as a 4th column. Is this possible in the Refresh theme?

May I suggest to update code these steps:

1. Go to Store Online-> theme -> edit code

2. Sections/footer.liquid
3. Replace by code below( Remember create a backup in the case you would like to rollback)

4. Go to Store Online-> theme -> customize to turn of signup email section and turn on block on footer settings
