Move title above product card in dawn theme

How would i move the product card/collections card Title to the top (above the image) in dawn theme 11.0?

I'm using the fresh default theme.

I tried a few codes i found through a google search but could not get them to work as i believe they are outdated.

Thanks for the info, Just clarification you like to move it on the product page? Is this the title? 

Or a description?  Is this the one you like to place above the image? is it for mobile and dekstop?

Thanks for the reply, I should have clarified more in my original post. I'm fairly new so i apologize.

Yes that is the title (will shorten the titles later)

I'm wanting it display at top (centered) above the product image on all pages for desktop and mobile. The product page (where you view a single item) wont be needed as i will be getting rid of that later on.
