Moving Header Icons To The Right On Mobile Version (Dawn Theme)

I am looking to move the header icons (search and cart icon) to the right on the mobile version without moving/messing with the pc version. The pc version placement is perfect I just need the icons to be farther to the right on mobile version. Example shown below.

Where exactly would I place this type of code? theme.liquid?

Please add this code to your theme.liquid above the </head> to get this solved

Step 1: Online Stores > Themes > More Actions > Edit code

Step 2: click on theme.liquid and paste the code above the </head>
