Multiple Buying option button on product page

Hi everyone

I would like to have 'Add to cart', 'Buy it now' and a 'dynamic checkout button' on each of my product pages.

I added the dynamic checkout feature which has seemed to remove the 'buy it now' button, so now there are only 2. I would like all 3 is possibele?
