My account button doesnt work- PLEASE HELp!

Hello when create an account for some reason it doesn't work, can you please tell me what I have to do to fix it I fill out then account info but nothing comes up it just refreshes the page

the sign in and the create account button don't work, which basically stops the wishlist feature from working

yes please use theme default code if theme default code doesn't work please inform theme support team
