My code is not updating the main theme while the dev theme is displaying a delayed version

Are you having issues with your theme editor?

My updated codes are not reflecting my design if I will use the sharepreview link. It is working fine in my browser but if I will use a different browser and incognito ones it is not showing. I am coding in vscode through github. I tried directly to the theme editor and it is still the same.

I am seeing weirdly delayed updates from time to time.
