My header remains static

Hello. My header remains static even though I already changed its settings (when scrolling up)

Please add this code to Custom CSS in Online Store > Themes > Customize > Theme settings to solve this issue.

That problem was solved but another one arose, a horizontal scroll appears that I don't need.

I have these codes added, maybe this will cause some problem.

html, body {
overflow-x: hidden;
}
      html, body 
      { overflow-x: visible !important; }
}

.announcement-bar-section { overflow-x: hidden !important; }
