Looking into this, it looks like you have a password protection page on the online store so I am unable to view the product images. You can remove the password protection page on the store by navigating to Online store > Preferences > Password protection. Just gather some additional context, have you made any custom coding changes to the theme? I would suggest making sure that the images that you are using for the products are clear and easy to view.
