My rich text editor is missing most of the tools

 When I add a Rich Text Section to my page the text editor only has Bold and Italics. I am not sure if I am doing something wrong...

Hi Baz, 

From your screenshot it looks like you are using the theme Customiser to add a rich text block, and therefore it is limited to what you mention above.

If you want to enter code, I suggest using a Custom Liquid section (via the theme Customiser), where you can paste raw HTML, and style accordingly.

I saw this, but I was hoping that there would be a block that would have basic WYSIWYG editing capabilities, but I get I'll have to dust of the HTML skills, lol. Thanks.

This is not an acceptable answer.
Shopify's own documentation literally shows a full wysiwyg editor available under the "Use Rich Text Editor" section. You can't even change the alignment of text so the editor is quite literally a useless feature.
