My site does not auto-adjust to fit computer screen on Studio 15.2.0

Hello,

Previously, I posted a similar problem specific to my collections page here on a prior theme version: https://community.shopify.com/c/shopify-design/how-do-i-resize-my-collection-page-on-studio-theme-15...

I want my homepage (and all pages) to adapt so you don't have to scroll down to see the whole image, similar to how it works on mobile. I tried the previous solution and it no longer works on the collections page, either. Here are some screenshots:

I've tried updating the photo to the recommended aspect ratio of 3:2. It is slightly better, but what I want is for it to look like the mobile image. Here is the new homepage screenshot:

You still have to scroll to see everything. What I want is for it to look like the mobile view:

I would appreciate any help y'all can offer.
