My Size Chart Page Tab is at the bottom of the page. How to move to be relevant? PRESTIGE THEME

If you notice in the image below the Zumaya Size Chart Tab is at the complete bottom of the page, even after all the images.  This is not the best for layout considering how far you have to scroll to get to the last image.  Whats the best way to move it over to the size of the description or for a tab at the top so people can access the size chart easily.

@JDowell - we can move sizechart code on top of description, it will need code editing
