My sticky header background is grey. Id like to be able to change it to match my site

I am on impact theme. my sticky header is grey and id like to match it to my #ffffed or just white.

Check this one. 

From your Shopify admin dashboard, click on "Online Store" and then "Themes".

Find the theme that you want to edit and click on "Actions" and then "Edit code".

In the "Assets" folder, click on "base.css, style.css or theme.css" file, depending on which file your theme uses to store its CSS styles. At the bottom of the file, add the following CSS code:

@media only screen and (max-width: 749px){
store-header.header {
    background: #ffffed !important;
}
}

And Saved.

Hello, after inserting the code it did not work. My store is not live right now. Will i have to make the store live and unlocked then send the url to you?
