Narrative Navigation Menu Remove Footer Page Links

 I am trying to remove the footer links in my navigation menu, but not sure where exactly in the theme liquid is located.
Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Hello,

Can someone help with:

1. removing the footer in Narrative theme? I do not have the red 'Remove Footer' link when in Online Store > Themes > Narrative > Customize > Footer;

2. removing the navigation menu/hamburger icon in the top left corner
