Navigation Bar / Menu Customisation - Colour & Underline

Hi, I'm trying to create a navigation bar with a similar style. Specifically, I would like the text to change colour and become underlined when a tab is clicked. Can someone please advise me on how to achieve this? Thank you.

Hello @ledwards , first you need create sub menu for this, because when I check on your site, I don't see any submenu: https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/online-store/menus-and-links/drop-down-menus
