Need a pop up for non profit | Every Customer has to choose a product with custom price

Hello all,

Do you know any pop up app or custom code that a pop up appears on customers proposing them to add a specific product with some custom prices - radio boxes, for non profit purposes? 

After the customer chooses the value, the product is added directly to the cart.

This isn't something you need an app for, it can definitely be custom coded. I've done donations like this before. You would just make a product with 4 variants at the different price points. Then you'll just have to custom code the popup which isn't a big todo.
