Need advice on customizing a Shopify agency website's navigation bar and footer?

I want to make an agency website with shopify like https://commonthreadco.com/  

I searched about drag & drop plugins like gempages/pagefly/shogun.. etc.. 

But i can't edit my navigation bar and footer section with them.

Should i buy a spesific theme? 

Or is there any plugin?

To be honest, i dont want to buy a plugin for that.

sorry for that issue Shopify doesn't allow drag and drop header and footer its required customization to custom code if you need any change

Header/Footer is a global part of the theme, so page builder apps are not able to help you to customize the section.
