Need an app to make a page that shows products before going to cart

Can anyone help me how can I Create an add-ons page that prompts to purchase add-ons and products before going to cart. I am using focal theme. I'll leave a link below as an example.

Try  ConvertWise AI Personalization, I know Huel uses the app too, and I think they use it specifically for upsell and cross-sell.
