Need CSS to fix space on page and bolded text

Hi there! 

Can anyone help me to fix these two issues? I'm assuming I need some code, in order to fix:

1. There is an empty space at the bottom of my page, above the footer - it'd like to make it smaller.

2. There is text that is bolded, but shouldn't be: "+100 sessions across Canada" - this should be regular, not bolded.

Follow these Steps:

1) Go to Online Store
2) Edit Code
3) Find theme.liquid file

4) Add the following code in the bottom of the file above </body> tag

.page-content .rte table tr:first-child td span {
    font-weight: 400 !important;
    color: black !important;
}
.page-content {
    padding-bottom: 0 !important;
}
</style>

Go to Online Store, then Theme, and select Edit Code.
Search for assets/theme.css Add the provided code at the end of the file.
