Need footer Text Horizontal On Debut Theme

Hi, I have two requests:

1) I have three columns in my footer for my Debut Theme store and want to remove the third column and instead have that text in the third column run horizontal below the newsletter across the footer.  Please see image below. 

2) I would like the links under " Quick links" to be made into two columns instead of one so it is more condensed.

I would like the text links to be in two columns so it is more condensed.The text to the right here is tied to a third column, BUT i would like it to start from left to right across the footer so it does not consume the complete vertical space.

to add this feature with custom code.

 I am confused because I posted this question previously about two weeks ago and you responded asking for my credentials so you can help. 

 
Can you elaborate? Just want to understand. I see other questions on this shopify community where people get help here and not on another third party site.
