Need help changing 1 line of text in order confirmation email

Hi guys,

can you help me out please? I'm trying to change (translate) 1 line of text in the confirmation email. I circled the part I'm talking about.

The problem is I can't find this line in the Notification section when I open the template for this email. So it looks a bit silly since the whole email is written in my language, but then this line is in English. Can you help out?

Ideally, I'd like to add a link to the page where they can track their order right below the tracking number.

I have a similar problem with the ''or'' word of the same email (I cricled that as well) - I would like to translate that as well.
