Need help creating bundle options for different product combinations

Hi my name is Kim from calmorganics.com.au 

I'm having trouble adding simple bundles of different products to my store. I only have 3 products which I would like to be able to sell individually and also in different combinations as bundles. 

My problem is I need to be able to track inventory separately for each item SKU. Is there a simple way to set this up within Shopify? Please advise if you can help, thank you.

While there is no simple and straight forward way in Shopify to do this, however there are ways to get around it.

Option 1: Create a Abstract bundle product and link its inventory through an app like "connected inventory". You may find some other app as well on Shopify app store

Option 2: Use another app for Bundling

Option 3: You can create a abstract product and custom code to actually add the individual products in cart every time a bundle is selected, this is most native way it will be possible

Thank you for your fast reply. Can you please explain how I would do this with Option 3? What code would I need to add? Would this code need to be edited each time I add new products to my store or would it be a one-time set up?

The specific code will depend on theme you are using and may take few hours to code. However if you want to try your hands and are comfortable going this path, please see this thread, this will give you more insights on the direction. Fundamentally we will need to use Ajax Cart API to enable this.

Unfortunately, Shopify doesn't provide an out-of-the-box solution to create product groups. But there are a few ways for your consideration:

1. set up a custom page
   You can set up an alternate template to build a pack. When the customers put the pack to the cart, use cart ajax to add all items to the cart. A sample page is like this smoothie store. This method is good for small numbers of products to build a pack. Also, there is no app required. But you have to work with a template with your design and little bit programming work.
   
   
2. Use an inventory app to link a bundle item with individual items
   Create the bundle item as ordinary products. When the bundle item is sold, the inventory app will deduct the inventory of the individual items immediately. So your inventory always keep sync. If your fulfillment can handle it, it's possibly a good way. You can take a look at Trunk
   
   
3. Use a bundle app
