Need help designing the hero section

Hello, 

My website is Brainwavefoods.com , i just started this store a couple of days ago. 

i want to replicate the hero section of mudwtr.com 

I want to create a parallax image, the header and menu to be on the hero image not in a separate section and to be mobile friendly as they did. 

what theme should I be using and what you guys can advice me to do as a total newbie.

are you want to a parallax banner with transparent header? right?

it is possible by custom coding on your theme so you need to a developer for do it this.
