Need Help Fixing Bottom Spacing

Hi guys, I desperately need help fixing an issue on my collection pages, product pages, cart page etc on the Dawn theme. I removed the Bottom Spacing on the header in order to aid my target of achieving a transparent banner which worked. See below:

 

However, as a result, the text on all other pages is pushed up and is under my header and I need it to move down.

 

Is there any way I can reinstate the bottom spacing without it affecting my homepage header?

Do you have any idea how to change the text colour in the hamburger menu? I want to keep the menu transparent when it opens but I'd love the text to be white instead of black.
