Need Help Resizing Banner Image

Someone please help me with resizing the image in the banner of mobile only. I do not want the banner resized, I am just trying to figure out how to make the image smaller keeping the same aspect ratio. I want to be able to see the whole logo in the banner because currently it looks zoomed in. I am using Dawn Theme 11.0.0
