Need help to design current footer matching with refresh theme footer

I need help to set up the footer similar to the original Refresh footer. I am sharing 2 images of original and current footer design.

Below is the original footer from the theme:

I want to make my website footer similar to the original refresh theme of shopify. How to edit the code?

Rename the old footer file and create a new one & copy the original footer file code.
