need help to make the hover circle effect to be exact as the circle image. please help.

your photos are not balanced, they are 400x356, please add the right sized photos first i.e 400x400. after that

seach for .brand-wrapper .brand-item img in your theme.scss file, it should have the value of

width: 195px;

add height : 195px property here as well.

this should do the trick.
