Need help with In cart upsell

Hello Everyone,

Our store www.ayurmeans.com is designed with 'Flow' theme. It is a good theme but very few Apps work with this theme.

I am looking to add 2 features to our store with coding.

One - Sticky call to action buttons for mobile device customers. (Using an app for this feature 'Sticky Add to cart Booster Pro'. It is slowing the website I guess)

Two - In-cart upsell like showing shipping message 'you are x away from free shipping' or showing some related products on discount to add in the cart itself. (Need urgent help here)
