Need help with java script coding I think

I am getting a finance option added to my website, so I can offer layby payments at checkout. The developers of the private app being made, have came back with these issues that are stopping the app launching. Can anyone shed some light on how to solve these problems? my website is www.ssonlineltd.co.uk
