Need help with my core web vitals please?

Hello

I am after some help please. My site's failing this within google and I have noticed that it has impacted me today. 
Yesterday it was passing. 
My main issues are the FCP and LCP. 
I do know that there are other issues but I honestly have limited knowledge on this stuff.
Any help would be really appreciated.
