How can I remove the persistent play button on my mobile site?

Hello,

So I recently got my website designed. Originally my site had some animation in the background which later got removed as I didnt like it. But for some weird reason, on mobile on low power mode the play button is still there? 

is there a way to remove this?

btw im a complete beginner so if there is a solution to this please lmk the full details on how to remove it
