Need to add free survey form and button to my MAIN PAGE

I know how to add a page but need an existing template to add to the page.  I have intergrated mailchimp if that helps.

Can someone send step by step instructions on how to do this.

Would like to add the 'free survey' button next to MULTICOLUMN on MAIN PAGE.

Also, how do I add extra buy now buttons to my site?

1. Create the Page: Go to your Shopify admin, click Online Store > Pages, and create a new page.
2. Choose a Template: In the page settings, find the Template dropdown and select the template you want to use. Save the page.

To add the 'Free Survey' button next to the Multi-Column section on the main page:

1. Edit Your Homepage: Go to Online Store > Themes, then click Customize on your current theme.
2. Add a Button: Find the Multi-Column section. You might need to add a new block or element to include the 'Free Survey' button. You can usually add a button by selecting Add block or Add content, then choosing Button and configuring it.

For extra 'Buy Now' buttons:

1. Edit Product Pages: Go to Online Store > Themes > Customize and navigate to the product page where you want the additional buttons.
2. Add Buttons: Depending on your theme, you might add custom buttons through sections or blocks. Look for options to add custom HTML or additional content areas and insert the 'Buy Now' button code there.
