Need to add Text Stroke to a Section

I used this code found in another thread

It adds text stroke to the entire site.  I really just want to do it on certain sections where the image is behind text.  Like banner, collage, etc.  I tried adding this code to the section code and it applies to the whole site.  Would appreciate any help! Also can't seem to find the code for the Collage section in Paper theme, maybe under a different name?
