Need to edit popup had comes on add to cart button

I have a store on Dawn theme here i need to edit the popup one comes on add to cart button attaching a screenshot here- 

Store name was Mediland Pharmacy url- https://medilandpharmacy.co.uk/
I searched on theme.liquid and main-product.liquid. I did't get the actual code of this.

You should edit the code of that in Snippes > cart-notification.liquid file

I want to know one thing, Where the details stored? I would like to comes a email notification for this. is this possible? and also i need the form for some collection of products so where to add the condition? could you help me?

Hi Dan-From-Ryviu, I added the fields i wanted in to the cart notification popup. Now i need the customer entering data stored place. Could you help me for that? Where the data is stored in shopify?

there is no cart notification.liquid file in empire theme. how to edit popup notification in empire theme?
