New Order templated adding shipping method and Weight

Want to add the above to my template like so they match my old template

I have try for shipping method:

Result on in packing slip

For parcel wight I have tried

<td><strong>{{ order.total_weight | weight_with_unit }}</strong></td>

With result

0g
