Newsletter Popup -- transparent Cacade Theme

Dear All,

I am struggling to adjust the popup newsletter box in my cascade theme to appear centered on the screen, with a semi-transparent/milky/Blurred background, rounded corners, and black text.

Most importantly though it would be that it appears centered on the website and also a little transparent for a more modern look

Ive attached an example of a render I did quickly on indesign. 

Screenshot with the edgy corner is the one currently popping up. 

Could anyone assist me with this?
