Newsletter Section Issues ( Shopify Frues Theme )

Hello Everyone!
I am using Shopify FruesTheme. I have added the pop up newsletter. I am facing a problem after adding email and clicking on subscribe button. Newsletter not working properly. Maybe, adding the MailChimp form action URL will work. Where can I find this MailChimp form action URL? How do I fix this? I have added some images below. Please help me. Thank you.

Go to the mailchimp platform for the stores mailchimp account or their support.

For third party issues seek out support from that third party.

You will need to set up the Mailchimp form from the Mailchimp app. Then at the end of the form setup, you will able to have the form action here:
