I have a strange issue with the new product filter system. I already comunicated it with the theme dev and he said that it must be some issue or logic from shopify.
I try to explain.
On most collections i get the expected filter options on my left side column like you can see in the following screen or on my jewelry live site here
Some collections like the "all" collection where i can see all products the filter options don't appear (yes, all settings are fine double,triple checked) you can check here or in the screen below
Here is what the dev of my theme (it is quite a popular theme and they are always helpful when you need) says:
We checked the navigation already. Would you mind contacting Shopify and asking them to check this issues, please?We built the filter based on Shopify's code so we think there is something wrong in their code.If they have any instructions, please let us know.
