No footer menu space on my theme

I added several pages to my footer menu in the navigation section.

However there is no footer menu appearing on my website. 

If you go into customize theme, than go to the footer section there is not menu section. There is a menu section for the main menu. I don't understand why this has to be so difficult. Maybe Im missing something.

secondly You can check this in Supply by going to Online Store>Themes>Customize (on you current theme). This will load up the theme editor. Once the editor has loaded, scroll to bottom of the menu on the left and you'll see "Foote

Express theme.

But Dawn theme also has a section for the main menu but not the footer menu.
