No section for content on Customer Account pages - Booster 6.18

Hello,

I am using the latest version of a Booster theme (6.18).

As you can see from the image attached, on my Classic Customer Account pages (whether logged in or not) there is no "+ Add Section" option for this template.  

I tried creating a custom section with Pagefly (@PageFly-Richard ) and the section was accessible on other pages but not on the Customer Account pages.

The reason I need to be able to add a section to the Customer Accounts page, is so I can use an App block from Smile.io that will display the customers available point balance on the page when the customer is logged in.
