NORTH theme collection banner HELP!

Hi

How do i change the collection banner image on the collection page as it is zoomed in. However i dont want to get rid of the collection image on my back end.

I Want to keep this as the image for the home page as the image size is a good fit. 

 However, i dont like this as it is too zoomed in but it is the same image as the top one (COOKING) but i cant seem to change it without it changing every image.
