Not sure how to fix the size tables

I have a sizing chart in the description of all my clothes and I am not sure how to make them fit properly both on desktop and mobile.  Any help would be deeply appreciated.

To make your table mobile responsive, you might need to use CSS media queries or CSS max-width, depending on how your table was set up.
