Shopify themes, liquid, logos, and UX
My company is moving our Customer Service team to Shopify and one of their biggest complaints is that the Notes section on customers, is not at the top of the page and it doesn't stand out so it's easily missed. This is an issue because they rely on those notes to tell them if a customer gets discounts, has been abusing the return policy or even notes on how to interact with certain customers.
Is this a problem for anyone else? Has anyone come up with a solution? I looked into using Shopify Flow to see if I could add an alert to remind the users to check for notes, but that's not possible.
I understand their issue, if you look at this test customer it is very easy to just click the "Create Order" button and never see the notes regarding this account.
