Notify customers when they add a purchased digital file to cart again

Hi, I sell digital design. My customers usually buy a design that they have bought again because they didn't remember. So, I want to add a feature like when a customer ( who has logged in) go to a product page or add a product to cart, if they have bought it before, then the screen will show a notification that they have bought it.

Are there apps or ways to code this feature? I use shopify Dawn theme. Thanks!
