Shopify themes, liquid, logos, and UX
After adding a new product to our page the scaling for all products have changed.
I tried resizing in photoshop and on shopify but do not see any change.
Our url is https://www.acidlabskendama.com , we are using theme Spotlight 15.1.0, and image ratio is set to adapt to image.
We would like sold out and in stock items to share the same height and width restrictions but the image not be cut off.
Thank you for any help! This is our first ticket so please let us know what other information is needed.
Hi @AcidLabsKendama,
We have checked your website product images and understand that you currently use different-resolution images.
Could you please take a common canvas for all the product images (Example: 533px * 711px), then adjust the image heights. The height of all the images should be the same.
I hope this helps! If it does, please like it and mark it as a solution!
If you need further assistance, feel free to reach out!

Hello @Sweans,
Thank you for the swift response!
We are new to this field so our ignorance is large for now.
Could you please elaborate on what you mean by "take a common canvas for all the product images"?
We already adjusted the height of images to be the same and even tried making the newest product smaller and it's still appearing larger.
Hi @AcidLabsKendama,
We hope you are familiar with Adobe Photoshop or Figma.
First, you have to create a transparent canvas with a resolution of width: 533px * Height: 711px. Then place the product image in the center of the canvas or on the bottom side with a bottom space of 50px. You should put all the product images in the same position on the canvas.
Example:

Please replace the below product images and let us know.
I hope this helps! If it does, please like it and mark it as a solution!
If you need further assistance, feel free to reach out!

Sweans
