where do i edit text for a custom order invoice email in the code???

also this email is sent after i select "send invoice" on orders yes? 

will it also be sent if order is marked as fulfilled? if yes then how do i remove that option.?

The way how to add text it the same way, but you need to understand about technical to custom it.

Email is part complicated to custom if you don't familiar with code and structure tag email, so i suggest you should ask to develop to help you make the change as you wanting.
