Padding & margins

Hello hope everyone is good? I am having a hard time figuring out how to set padding or any margins to my store. I try my best to do this alone, but I always get it wrong. I just need advice to get this correct. I am using Publisher theme, and are using Veda Builder to add extras. Fashionqueene.com.
